Pending Scoliosis Surgery

Well I have decided to have the surgeries to get my scoliosis corrected. Going to be seeing the doctor who will be doing it here in a few weeks and discussing more of what the surgery will entail and hopefully find out when the surgery will be. I'm not looking forward to the first part of the surgery cause it looks like ill be wearing a halo and doing traction to stretch out my spine as much as they can first before going in and straightening the spine the rest of the way and putting the rods and screws in place

My Life so far with scoliosis

I was born with Spina-Bifida and Scoliosis. I have always had my scoliosis monitored and in 2007 it started to really progress but surgery was still not required to correct the problem and then it progressed even more in 2010 and then again this year in 2012 to where I have been told that I now need surgery before it gets worse. I have 2 curves. The top Curve is 102 and the Bottom is 122
